C.A Reding Company, the Central Valley’s largest independent copier dealer, recently recognized a field engineer for earning the Ricoh “Prestige” Certification, a designation for service engineers that demonstrate a knowledge and skill set that makes them the “Best of the Best” as part of Ricoh’s Service Excellence Program.

The “Prestige” Service Excellence Program has been designed to acknowledge service engineers that are skilled, resourceful, Exceptionally skilled, Tactful, Innovative, talented and experienced. The certification is obtained via winning completion of 2 levels of progressive on-line time sensitive testing. The designation is on the market to any or all Ricoh-Savin-Lanier professionals certified by Ricoh at the time of the examination.
