C.A. Reding’s 2024 Net Promoter Sore (NPS) has been ranked in the top 10% in North America for Copier Dealers. This will be the second year C.A. Reding has achieved this ranking and is a true testament to the level of care that is provided daily to our customers.

A Net Promoter Score is a widely used metric to determine the overall level of customer satisfaction for your business. The score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters. Measured by industry specialists CEO Juice, a single automated question is sent after each service call to determine how likely they would be to recommend C.A. Reding.
