Lamb Kebabs

- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2tsp. Herbes de Provence
- 2-3 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
Steps:
Mix ingredients well and then toss with the lamb in a medium bowl. Marinate for about 2 hours. Place the cubed lamb on to skewers. Grill the kebabs to desired doneness, a little pink in the center is preferred. Usually takes 8-12 minutes, don’t over grill. Serve hot off the grill. These pair well with rice pilaf and grilled veggies. Serves 4-5 people.
